Agriculture Science : B.SC AG / Horticulture / BE / B.Tech / M.Sc in Agriculture with 60% Marks.
Information Technology: BE / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science / IT with Minimum 60% Marks.
Legal : Bachelor Degree in Law LLB with Minimum 60% Marks.
Accounts : B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance with 60% Marks OR CA / CS Degree.
SC / ST Candidates Required : 55% Marks.
Hindi Officer 01 Post
Master Degree in Hindi with English as One of the Subject in Degree Level with Minimum 60% Marks OR Master Degree in English Hindi as a Subject in Degree Level with Minimum 60% Marks. OR Master Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as a Subject at Degree Level with Minimum 60% Marks.
SC / ST Candidates Required : 55% Marks.

Emoluments & benefits
(A) Management trainees : The selected candidates would be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 40,000/-
p.m. for the 1st year and Rs. 42,500/- p.m. for the 2nd year.
(B) Hindi Officer – Scale I Basic pay of Rs.32795/- in the scale of Rs. 32795-1610(14)-55335-1745(4)-62315 and other admissible allowance as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 65,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. Other benefits such as Pension under New Pension system governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per prevailing rules of the Company. The Officer is also entitled for Company’s/leased accommodation as per norms.
